FAQ1: How do I return an item?
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@northmeridianhardware.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping

FAQ3: Do you offer in-store delivery?
Delivery of Ship-to-Store Orders
When an item on buyurhardware.com is available for Ship-to-Store, that means you can save shipping costs by choosing to have your item(s) delivered to an North Meridian Hardware store near you. Ship-to-Store is a convenient service available only to buyurhardware.com online customers. To take advantage of this service, follow these simple steps:
- Shop on buyurhardware.com and select items for purchase
- Proceed to our secure checkout
- Sign in, and then enter (or verify) your billing address.
- Select Ship-to-Store by entering your 5-digit postal ZIP code in the field provided in "Option 1" of the shipping destination step of the checkout process.
- Select the North Meridian Hardware store most convenient to you and proceed through checkout.
- You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to the North Meridian Hardware store you selected as your shipping destination. (A special note to our customers please contact the store prior to pick up to ensure your package has delivered.)
After you complete your Ship-to-Store order, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. Print this screen and save it. You must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID when you pick up your Ship-to-Store order at an North Meridian Hardware store. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to the North Meridian Hardware store you selected as your shipping destination.
Rules and restrictions for Ship-to-Store purchases:
- At the North Meridian Hardware retail store, you must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID in order to receive your Ship-to-Store merchandise.
- If you wish to return Ship-to-Store merchandise, you must return it to the North Meridian Hardware retail store to which it was shipped.
- Charges (retail price, shipping and handling, and sales tax) for unclaimed online merchandise are not refundable.
